Then go outside of the Knight's Guide, look for some knights training at the garden between the Prontera Castle and Knight's Guide.

The NPC is invisible, so look for the chat bubble on the ground. "Talk" to it. Then talk to Sir Meroze who is next to the invisible NPC.

Talk to him, then talk to the 3 training Knights behind Sir Meroze in this order:

After that, go back into the Knight's Guide to talk to Aesop. Then go outside again and talk to the knight you didn't talk to last time. He is next to the tree (he looks the same as Sir Meroze). The knight should mention about 5 Candy Canes and 3 witherless roses. These are the items you need to find and give to Aesop to get the skill.
