Talk to him, he will tell you to get rid of your greed. That means to get rid of your weight. So come back to him with 0 weight and he will teach you Ki Translation.

Now go back to the first monk you meet in step 1.

Shoot x 3
Ki Explosion
Talk to him, he will tell you to go kill some Mandragoras. So just go and collect 20 stem and 3 shoots.

Give him the items and talk to him once more. He will teach you the skill.
